Capstone: stitch recipes, routines, packing and chores into one weekly plan. Each day gets ordered steps, and the week is the biggest algorithm yet.

Lesson 1 of 3

Days inside a week

You already run many algorithms each day. Morning routine, school, homework, play, bedtime. A week plan lines those daily lists up so nothing important collides.

Monday might add swimming after school. Tuesday might be library day. The week algorithm picks which daily plan runs on which day.

Lesson 2 of 3

Build your chart

Use a paper grid with seven columns. Morning, after school and evening rows hold your steps. Stickers or check marks show what finished.

Leave blank space. Plans that pack every minute break when a bus is late. A good algorithm has flex for surprises.

Share the chart at home so adults know when you need quiet for homework or rides for clubs.

Lesson 3 of 3

Review and improve

Each Sunday, look back. Which steps always ran late? Move them earlier or split them smaller, like you did for morning socks.

Plans are living algorithms. A new club or holiday changes the steps. Update the chart instead of abandoning it.

You finished Everyday Algorithms. You can spot steps, order them, share fairly, fix mistakes and plan a whole week. Those skills ride with you into every coding class ahead.
