Lesson 1 of 3

Words still hurt

Cyberbullying is being mean on purpose through messages, posts or games. It can happen any time because phones stay on after school.

Jokes that punch down, repeated insults, or sharing embarrassing photos without consent all count. The screen does not make it less real.

Open the safety response lab. Step through situations and compare choices. Learn which actions block harm and when to tell a trusted adult.

Lesson 2 of 3

When you see trouble

Do not reply with more cruelty. Save evidence with screenshots if you can. Block the account and use report buttons built into apps and games.

Tell a trusted adult at home or school. They can help contact the platform or support you if the bullying continues.

Being a bystander who forwards mean posts spreads harm. Support the person targeted with a private kind message instead.

Lesson 3 of 3

Keep private life private

Sharing your full name, address, school timetable or live location with strangers creates risk. Keep accounts private when the app allows it.

Think about your digital footprint: posts can last years and be copied. A funny photo today might embarrass you later when a friend or teacher searches your name.

You finished the online safety pillar. Carry these habits into every app you try next.
